New Brunswick has a new trade agreement with Manitoba.
It will help remove trade barrier between the two provinces and allow workers to move between them more easily.
You will also be able to buy alcohol directly from companies in Manitoba.
New Brunswick signed two other agreements in April with Ontario and Newfoundland.
Provinces across the country are looking to boost interprovincial trade to deal with the tariff threats from U.S. President Donald Trump.
All of the country’s premiers are meeting in Ontario through Wednesday.
Premier Susan Holt says this will create more opportunities for businesses to thrive in new markets.
“New Brunswick is committed to working closely with our neighbouring provinces to create a strong and free Canadian economy and create more opportunities for New Brunswick businesses and products to shine across the country,” said Premier Susan Holt.
The Premier of Manitoba, Wab Kinew, said this is part of the province’s effort to build a strong, more unified Canadian economy.
“By working with partners across the nation, we are unlocking opportunities for people and businesses and building up this country we all love so much,” said Kinew.
